Account

Settings → General holds your personal details, sign-in credentials and the danger zone. Everything here is about you, not the workspace — workspace-level settings live under Workspace & Team.

Profile

Your name is shown read-only. It comes from your login provider (Google, Facebook, or what you typed at sign-up) and is managed there.

Email address

The address you sign in with and where account notifications are sent.

To change it, enter the new address and submit. Confirmation links are sent to both the old and the new address for security — the change takes effect only once they're opened. Until then you keep signing in with the current one, and a banner reminds you a change is pending.

If you also sign in with Google or Facebook, changing your email here doesn't change it there, and that button keeps working.

Password

• If you have a password — enter the current one plus the new one twice.
• If you only ever used Google or Facebook — you'll see Set a password instead, which adds email sign-in alongside the social button.

Danger zone: deleting your account

Deletion is permanent and can't be reversed by support. Before you confirm, InfluDM shows exactly what this particular account loses.

What gets deleted depends on who you are

You are	What deletion does
The workspace owner	The whole workspace is wiped — Instagram accounts, flows, contacts, lead forms, leads, billing history — and every teammate loses access.
An invited admin or member	Only your seat. The workspace and its data continue without you.

Before you confirm

The dialog spells out:

• Your live plan. A paid plan dies with the workspace: no refund, and no way to move it to a new sign-up.
• The counts of Instagram accounts, contacts, flows, lead forms and leads that go with it.
• How many teammates lose access.
• Any unpaid referral commission, which is forfeited. Withdraw it first if you have a balance — see Refer & Earn.

To proceed you type DELETE and, if a paid plan is involved, tick the acknowledgement.

Want to stop automating without deleting?

Switch your flows to Inactive, or disconnect the Instagram account. Both are reversible; account deletion isn't.
