Refer & Earn

Share your invite link, and when someone you invited makes their first payment, you earn a commission on it.

How it works

1. Share your link. Every workspace gets a code like IDM-7K2Q9 and a link …/r/IDM-7K2Q9.
2. They sign up through it. The referral is bound to their workspace the first time they sign in — email, Google and Facebook sign-ups all count.
3. They pay. When their first payment lands, your commission is accrued.
4. You withdraw. Once your available balance clears the minimum, request a payout.

The exact commission rate and minimum payout are shown on the page — the rate defaults to 25% of the tax-inclusive total, with minimums of ₹1,000 (INR) or $20 (USD).

The rules that catch people out

• First payment only. Renewals and later top-ups by the same person don't earn again.
• Share it before they upgrade. A link only counts for someone who hasn't paid yet.
• One referrer, forever. A workspace can be referred once and only once.
• You can't refer yourself. Your own link on your own workspace is refused.
• Currency must match. Your payout currency is frozen when your referral account is created (from your workspace's charge currency). A referral who pays in a different currency is marked Not eligible and pays nothing — there's no FX conversion.

Your earnings

Four tiles:

Tile	Meaning
Total earned	Everything you've ever accrued.
Available	Ready to withdraw now.
In payout	Claimed by an open payout request, being processed.
Paid out	Money already sent.

Your referrals

The list shows everyone who signed up through your link:

Status	Meaning
Signed up	Account created, nothing paid yet.
Earned	They paid, and commission was credited to you.
Not eligible	They paid, but in a currency you can't be paid out in.

Payout details

Where the money goes. The form you get matches your frozen payout currency:

Payout currency	Details required
INR	Bank account name, account number, IFSC, bank name.
USD	PayPal email.

Account numbers are masked whenever they're shown back to you. Only admins can set or change payout details.

Requesting a payout

Once Available clears the minimum, request a withdrawal. The request snapshots where the money should go at that moment, so editing your details later never rewrites settled history.

Status	Meaning
Requested	Submitted, waiting to be picked up.
Processing	Being sent.
Paid	Sent — with a reference (UTR or PayPal transaction id).
Rejected	Declined, with a reason. The earnings return to your available balance.

Payouts are settled by hand, usually within a few working days.

If payouts are on hold

A red banner reading "Referral payouts are on hold for this workspace" means the referral account has been blocked — no new commission accrues and withdrawals are refused. Contact support.

Withdraw before deleting your account

Unpaid commission is forfeited when a workspace is deleted. See Account.
